Just a sketch of a photo,  it came out pretty cool.

 Ok so I´ve been a little busy with well with life, but that doesnt´t mean that I have gotten lazy I have been working con my draft and going on line and in fact youtube to get lessons in drawing, proportions, the way to draw light and dark and various other techniques and tips to become a better artist. Now I can see results it still basically the same way I have always drawn but better the proportions and better the coloring you can see it in neck area that the tones look more flesh with the reds and the browns. Getting a little too excited i think lol anyways this piece started out with the tones below. I started to put greens and blues to make the effect of the background better, like it was actual light hitting the guy and at the end when i was about to finish the piece this option came up and a I really liked it. So really happy about the outcome :D

And this is the original I think both turned out better than I anticipated.

X- Factor Jean Grey

Another of my Jean Grey series ... i`m almost finished with all of her transformations. For me this is a great piece even more so because I can see the difference between my previous and works and I am getting better. I love the whole posture and the way the colors blend with each other, the expression on her face is absolutely priceless and the hair is amazing so I am very proud of this piece :D

Rising from the ashes... I am Pheonix!!

This piece is just simply amazing I loved how it came out! It´s jean grey when she became dark pheonix the emobiment of life and passion and chaos. I really liked the reflection on her suit and is the first time a do a lot heavy inking ... took almost three days to finish but it looks amazing!!! (well... I think it looks amazing =D) ok enjoy!

Pettit Prince in danger on asteroid 325

As the Pettit Prince is searching for his rose he revisited asteroid 325 where the king with no court lived, yet he perceived an immediate danger upon his arrival, and in the dark lurks one of his first challenges, in order for him to move forward he has to beat the dark knight. This mysterious giant was formed out of the feeling of loneliness in the king’s heart. And it took shape in order to achieve the king’s wishes, which is to have subject again to do his biding.
So the prince backs away even do it’s to late, the Dark Knight has already spotted him and awaits to make his attack so that the prince can stay, this time for ever.

FOCUS JEAN... FOCUS

So I always wondered what jean grey would look like when she trained with Professor Xavier. So I figured that she would start with simple levitation of small objects with her telekinisis.

I don`t think that she started with flying cars or dismanteling of skyscrapers, specially with the mental locks that professor Xavier implanted in her brain.

And I also think that Professor X based his trainnig with a lot of eastern techniques you know like yoga, meditation, kundalini just because the basic lessons is inner calm to achieve greater mental awakinning. So that is the concept behind this drawing.

I think I made the head a little to big :P. anyways had a lot of fun doing it.

Spread your wings!

The object of this picture in particular is to practice drawing clouds which is really harder than one can expect but not impossible. when I finished the clouds I still sensed that something was missing so I started to draw a bird, this was my first realistic bird, I have drawn wings but never a bird it was actually pretty fun to draw the eyes where tricky I kept drawing them to human. enjoy :D

Blonde

I have been drawing a lot of male form lately and I thought to spice it up a little with a girl. I used alot of reference photos of models and it came out pretty good specially around the mouth and nose. It has a retro 60's look to it in my opinion. :P

Summer time!

So I have been interested in drawing guys because they are harder for me to draw so the harder the drawing , better the challenge. So happy about this one it really is just a suntan guy having fun in the sun at the beach with his board ready to surf! the background with the palmtrees was a really cool touch. pretty sweet!

Well getting back to the drawing I have been trying to become a better artist and for that I`ve been taking some classes, yet everywhere I turn they keep telling me the same things. one is practice drawing anything and everything you can get you hands on and draw things outside your comfort zone. That means push yourself as an artist. On this particular drawing I tried things I am not very good (yet) which is a different pose and background, never done either of them. And actually I believe it turned out pretty ok. I had a lot of fun with the buildings.

Making of a cyborg

I was drawn on a very young age to japanese animation, and was surprised with anime and how the drawings came alive on the tv screen with such dinamic movement.
One of my favorite anime is Ghost in the shell, not only because this is one of many films that pushed animation in a whole new direction. But because the theme was not about warriors gaining magic and defeating the enemy or about a mecha ( robot) that had a guy inside riding it, creating havoc all over the world and defeating giant lizards.
It was more about the question.. do you have a soul? how do you know it exists? if you can´t see it with you eyes how can yoou know it´s there?
So that blew my mind away and the conceptual art an scenematic view of GIDS (Ghost in the shell) has no words!
I became interested in the way they fused somethind so organic like the human body and machines and circuits and metal. Naturally I like to draw that clash of machine with living things. And let me tell you it is haaarrddd! not an easy piece and I think that I need to improve my coloring but you know what they say practice makes perfect. enjoy!

This is the second Jean Grey drawing, is based on the costume that she wore before she became phoenix I really like it is very 70's style the belt is at the hip and the v-neck cleavage is amazing. I really like how it turn out the whole movie like background , which by the way was an experiment that turned out really well. Anyway enjoy!

From the ashes the phoenix rises only to be reborn again! one of the most famous comic arc in the x-men history. Jean grey is one of my favorite comic book characters I really like her and her whole transformation when she became phoenix. This is my version of her I really like how it turned out.

I had a really good response with this picture even do this was only a practice for light and how to do shadows but I am excited with the result which is a wonderful combination. enjoy!

TICK TOCK THE QUEEN IS WAITING

I like alice in wonderland not only the disney version but the novel as well is full of imagination and as the books says it wonder. I really thinks that the rabbit is an image for alice`s curosity is the way the author could move alice through the enchanted land. My version is a little bit dark but I really like the edge that I drew and the twist of the white rabbit. Enjoy

A NEW BEGINNING

I have been really absent from this space that I truly love. But I had to rearrange alot of things in my life..... but I`m back and so ready for a brand new part in this adventure.

So people have suggested that I take some drawing lessons and I think they have been paying off tremendously, this is one of many that I will be posting on this site and some other places as well .

I love the whole cosmic universe character in the marvel world, so I got inspired on those characters the first of the series is the cosmos in a human form, I had a lot of fun drawing this one enjoy=P

Sailor Moon is a toie animation it has been around for a very long time. I really into japanese animation the fine lines the effect and the way the artist contrastr the colors and texture puts animation and drawings to another level. This is character named Rei and here senshi or fighting name is Sailor Mars and her power is a fire based power. luv the fire effect!

The Mind is a terrible thing to waste...

Lucrezia De Luca Bianchi is the fourth character I have created , everybody calls her lucy she is bright, sensible and really outgoing. She has the ability to use the full power of the entire human brain. Science has made countless studies to understand the human brain. They all have come to the conclusion that we only use 10 percent of the brain to function and genious minds use .002 percent more than the average human being.
Her parents thought she had a tumor but her unique brain mapping is nothing the world has ever seen. She can use telekinisis, teleportion, astral projection, telepathy, she can even use her senses to see the past of an object, a person or an animal, her eyes have a certain power that I call unvailing, because her mind is so powerful she can sense things from other planes of existance.
She only tries to use one power at a time... the mind can only take so much. She lost control once and the result was to be comatose for almost a month. She prays that the situation never gets to a point where she has to exceed on her own mental boundaries, the result could change her forever.

Senses Tingling

So Spiderwoman I feel is Marvel character that has undegone major transformations she has never been related to spiderman which is a nice change of pace from other comic books, since the rival comic gaint DC has always found a way to mold the veriations of their characters into some kind of relationship.

For example supergirl is superman´s cousin, wonder girl was a piece of the soul of wonder woman, power girl is superman´s cousin of an alternate universe and so on. Yet Spider Woman has a whole life apart from spider-man the only similarity is that both of them got bitten by a radioactive spider.

She has the same powers as spider man strenght, web throwing, her senses can predict danger and of course a killer costume. But she has also the power to throw sting rays and she produces feromones that can manipulate the enemy. her web is also son kind of telekinetik web which she uses it to her advantage.

So my drawing has to diferent sipderwoman one is the original and the other was avariation that was based on the alien black costume that spider-man had and was later part of venom his archrival. Don`t you just love the imagination that goes into al of this.

So this is based on the version of the disney princess Snow White yet I figured Snow White for tonight may be more inclined to be a little naughty and give her evil stepmother a taste of her own medicine.
